Detailed Policy

Wild Bunting Studio is a brand owned and operated by Wild Bunting Studio LLC.

Returns for Wrong Size Orders and Buyer's Remorse 

Because each product is custom printed specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you selected the wrong size, color, or style during checkout, or if you simply change your mind (buyer's remorse).

We provide accurate size charts for every product and strongly encourage you to review these carefully before placing your order.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrectly Fulfilled Items

A defective product is defined as one that arrives with misprints, incorrect embroidery, tears, stains, holes, or other production issues not caused by normal wear or customer use. Incorrectly fulfilled means you received the wrong size, color, or style due to an error in our production chain (e.g., you ordered a Medium but received a Large).

To report an issue:

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date with the following information: Your Order Number, A clear description of the issue, Photos of the product, and the original packaging

Once verified by our team, we will send a free replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Custom Orders and Cancellations

Custom Orders: Personalized items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Cancellations: Orders enter production very quickly. Therefore, we cannot guarantee cancellations once the order has been placed. Please double-check your order before confirming.

Return Shipping Costs

Because we only replace items that qualify under this policy, you will never need to pay return shipping costs. If an item needs to be sent back for inspection, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label.
