Shipping policy

Order Fulfillment and Processing

All products at Wildbuntingstudio are made-to-order. This means we print, pack, and ship your item specifically for you once the order is placed. Our standard processing time is typically 2 to 5 business days.

During high-volume periods like December and January, please allow up to 7 business days for fulfillment.

Shipping Rates and Transit Times

We use flat-rate shipping powered by our production partner, Printful. Shipping costs are calculated based on the item type and weight and will be displayed clearly at checkout.

Standard shipping to the United States typically takes 3 to 5 business days for delivery once the item has been fulfilled. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number the moment your order leaves the production facility.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses. At this time, international shipping is not available through our Shopify store.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Because we use an automated fulfillment system, we are unable to redirect or cancel packages once they have been sent to production. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, or if the tracking indicates it was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We want you to love your purchase and will work with you to find a solution.
